The Saginaw Spirit Charitable Foundation and Huntington Bank have opened applications for their fourth annual youth hockey scholarship. Players 18 and under from the Saginaw, Bay County and Midland hockey associations are eligible, with applications open through October 9. More than $13,000 has been awarded to area youth hockey players since the program began in 2023.
